When should I book my board?

Our website will allow you to order up to 48 hours in advance. We encourage you to book ahead of time to make sure your desired time slot is reserved. Please feel free to reach out if it is within 48 hours and we will try our best to accommodate you! 

What is the difference between a Board and a Box? 

We offer two options for the board beneath your charcuterie. By default, your charcuterie will come on a durable, disposable wooden tray that can simply be tossed in the trash after your event, perfect for easy clean-up. For an additional charge, you can upgrade to a quality, reusable wooden cutting board that is yours to keep.

Can I choose what goes on my board?

We make all of our boards and boxes to order and use quality seasonal ingredients to ensure freshness. We select meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables based on seasonal availability and compatibility. If there is a certain ingredient that you want us to omit, feel free to specify in the notes section and we will accommodate you! Let us know about allergies, preferences or dietary restrictions. 

How long does my board last and how should I store it? 

Our boards are best enjoyed the day of your event, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours for next day snacking! Charcuterie is best enjoyed chilled, so we recommend having a space to store your board in the time leading up to your event. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the Denver Metro Area including Littleton, Castle Rock, Centennial, Arvada, Aurora and Denver. Delivery charges will vary based on the drop off location. 

When Do You Deliver?

We currently deliver Tuesday - Sunday. Please note that our delivery times vary based on the drop-off location. Littleton, Castle Rock, and surrounding areas are delivered between 11 AM and 2 PM, while Centennial, Aurora, Denver, and surrounding areas are delivered between 2 PM and 5 PM. Please note that delivery times may vary, reach out to us if you are ordering for a specific day, time, or event and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Does anybody need to be home to receive my board?

We highly encourage having someone prepared to receive your board at the time of delivery to maintain the quality of the ingredients! Boards should be stored in the fridge until the time of the event. Please refer to the specified delivery time for your address so you can make arrangements. Reach out to the Board and Berries staff if you have a scheduling conflict and we will do our best to accommodate. If it is not possible to have someone receive the order, we will leave it on the doorstep for you! 

How do I book a Tablescape?

Drop us a line! Please contact us a minimum of two weeks before your event so we can start designing your fully custom charcuterie table. All Tablescapes are priced to reflect the unique needs of each event.

Do You Cater Events?

Yes, we do! We can make boards, boxes, or Tablescapes for events of any size! Please reach out to us to discuss your event!

Refund and Cancellations

Things happen! If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled delivery, we will issue a full refund for your order or we can reschedule with no refund issued. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of your delivery will not receive a refund.
